On April 28th , from 2:00 to 5:00, we will explore the incredible Dumbarton Oaks Garden in Georgetown, DC. We will explore close-up garden photography and capture the more significant scenes. Lori will help each student craft gorgeous images that detail the spring season's beauty, sharing her expertise in creative flower compositions, navigating the light in a garden, and capturing macro details. 

This photo workshop is for all skill levels, but a solid working knowledge of your camera is necessary. 

Details: 

• Lori will purchase tickets for each student in advance.

• We will be shooting the entire time outdoors. 
• Restrooms are open at the main house
• Tripods are NOT allowed in most areas.
• Bring a variety of lenses. Telephoto, macro ( if you have one)
• Bring water bottle 
• The area has street parking or metro access

Rain or Cancellations: 

If there is a 75% chance of rain or greater, we will cancel or reschedule the workshops. Lori will announce a decision by 7 pm the night before.
